By accessing or using Electerm Cloud (sync.electerm.org), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this service.

Electerm Cloud is a free data sync service that allows electerm users to synchronize their terminal sessions, bookmarks, and settings across devices. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your GitHub account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Your data is encrypted in our database. However, we do not guarantee absolute data safety. You use this application at your own risk. We are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or exposure of your data. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

In no event shall Electerm Cloud be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
